Very nice office. The staff and the Dentist were all very professional and helpful. They quickly got me in for an appointment and addressed my concerns. I was able to schedule for a cleaning at my problem appointment within a reasonable time frame. The dentist identified some problem areas on my teeth that needed to be addressed and showed me where they were in my mouth and the technician reviewed the treatment plan with me and what my insurance would cover and what my cost would be. I felt very informed my entire visit on exactly what would be performed and how much it was estimated to cost. I am pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend this office!
Took my five year old son in for a cleaning. Hygienist was super nice and made sure to explain everything she was doing to him and even showed him the pictures of his teeth and the x rays. The dentist was awesome and made us feel welcome.
I had to find a new dentist due to new insurance and Hill Country was in my network. I gave them a call, explained I was in pain due to a recent car wreck and they got me in the same day...my first visit, new patient, new insurance and they made it happen the day of my call ! Absolutely amazing experience. Every single person I encountered from the front door to the dental chair was a joy to interact with.
